Mexican dance

- "Was this done with slow shutter or PP blur...or both?"

To answer this, I'll tell that I didn't use a tripod... I handled the camera, sitting down
on the floor. I used the maximum possible aperture for the lens: f/4.0 and the respective
speed: 1/6 in aperture priority.

I just adjusted a little the levels and contrast in PS after.
