People engaging in this practice are called buskers or street performers. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Busking I had the chance to watch these guys yesterday, while visiting a small town near Barcelona, Spain. Their performance was absolutely fantastic - I had tears in my eyes when they finished and I went to give them my donation. - Too bad I couldn't record the music! * Does it say "Energy" to you?
