Tatiana > 17 May 09 Buskers Hard at Work Busking is the practice of performing in public places for tips and gratuities. People engaging in this practice are called buskers or street performers. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Busking I had the chance to watch these guys yesterday, while visiting a small town near Barcelona, Spain. Their performance was absolutely fantastic - I had tears in my eyes when they finished and I went to give them my donation. - Too bad I couldn't record the music! * Does it say "Energy" to you?

Tatiana > 7 May 09 Sevilla restaurant window Thank you so much for your nice comments on my yesterday window display :) I really didn't expect that much popularity for that shot... I'm really new to photography and don't know too much about it, at all... - all I do is by feeling. I shoot something if I find it interesting enough - that's all :) Here is an other window - I'm curios to see how this will be commented... These Sevilla photos have been taken last Sunday, when it was not only May Day (here in Europe every country celebrates this and people don't work), but also Sevilla had a fair for almost a week: http://www.andalucia.com/festival/seville-feria-facts.htm That's why almost everybody was wearing the traditional national (regional) costumes, or at least they were dressed up like for holidays. I took several shots that day, but they are not fantastic... I'll show some of them to you the next. days.
